Course Objectives

Delegates will be guided through networking basics, on to configuring the Network Preference panes and an introduction to the three in-built troubleshooting tools.

The course includes:

  • JConfigure all 26, plus 1 third party (This includes a look at each of the features being configured eg:Finder, Dock, Exposé, Spaces, Dashboard etc)
  • OS X Troubleshooting Tips
  • he main routines to avoid and/or solve problems

Course Prerequisites

Attendance on Taming the Macintosh 1 & 2 – Installation, Configuration, Security, and Networking, or equivalent Mac support experience.
