Job Description
Stormfront transforms your buying experience for both new and existing Apple customers. Providing hands-on demonstrations, excellent product/software knowledge and advice, plus pre and after-sales support, training, customer finance programs, events and special promotions.

As a Personal Trainer you will be heading up our customer training in store, ensuring we are providing a dynamic learning environment. You will meet new people every day from all walks of life, and enrich their Mac user experience. You will help to create a great community within the store, to which our customers will love to return to, time and again.

A successful candidate will
• Be confident in delivering inspiring lessons to customers of widely varying ability levels.
• This will include customers who have never used a computer before to creative professionals.
• Have at least 3 years Mac experience with a working knowledge and understanding of the iLife and iWork suites.
• Relish the opportunity to train store colleagues in various software packages.
• Excel at giving a wide variety of presentations and workshops in store, from getting Started on a Mac to Using a Mac for Small Business.
• Take on board feedback from customers, peers and managers to ensure the success of the Personal Training programme.
• Integrate quickly with the store team to ensure targets are being met and store standards are maintained.
• Preferably have training experience, but is not essential.
