1. Offer available between 13th February to April 11th 2010 inclusive.

2. Receive up to £100 (inc VAT at 17.5%) discount against the purchase of a new Apple Mac Computer from the qualifying list (See below) by recycling a computer from any recognised manufacturer. The recycled computer does not need to be in working order. A Computer with Monitor will be classed as one single unit for purposes of this offer.

3. Only one computer (with or without a separate monitor) can be recycled against the purchase of a new Mac to qualify for the additional discount. Additional computers (with or without monitors) can be recycled at the same time free of charge, but only qualify for an additional discount if purchased with an additional qualifying Apple Mac.

4. The old computer must be recycled at the same time as the purchase of the new Apple Mac and the discount must appear on the same invoice.

5. We are unable to recycle any non computer peripherals as part of this offer. For example TV’s, projectors, printers or scanners etc.

6. Your old computer will be recycled by DataServ who will be responsible for the safe dismantling of the computer. All reusable data storage devices are securely wiped. If there is any doubt that a storage device can not be securely wiped it will be recycled.

7. We are acting as collection agents for DataServ and as such Stormfront Retail are not responsible for the computer once it has left our premises. We do log and record all equipment returned to us for recycling and this is tracked with Dataserv once they collect the unit from us.

8. The customer agrees that ownership of the old computer is transferred to Stormfront Retail (and subsequently DataServ) when brought into the store for recycling.

9. Once a computer has been handed in for recycling we are unable to return the unit to the customer, including in the circumstance that the new Apple Mac may be returned for refund.

10. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts – including, but not limited to, the Student and Teacher purchase scheme.
