What we can recycle
We can recycle all computer equipment and computer-related peripherals, both Apple and non-Apple systems. Batteries can be left inside the unit – but if there is an extra battery, you’ll need to tape it to the equipment, covering the contacts with electrical tape.

What we can't recycle
Our recycling partner is unable to recycle any product that is not computer equipment or a computer peripheral. So we can not accept TVs, overhead projectors, or batteries not integral to a computer system.

All equipment discarded under this service is shipped to a recycling facility located in the UK, where it is depolluted and dismantled prior to being recycled. All hard drives are shredded into pieces the size of confetti, avoiding any risk of data leaks. The recycling supplier ensures environmentally friendly recycling of the equipment for material reuse, using the most advanced techniques available, and complying with Apple's highest environmental standards. The whole downstream recycling chain is audited down to the final destination of the waste, ensuring the full traceability of the process
