Book a repair and our couriers will collect your device, transport it to our Apple‑certified repair centre where our expert engineers will repair it with genuine Apple parts. It will then be securely shipped back to you via courier.

Worth £10. If you have any technical support questions in the 7 days after your repair is completed, book in for a free Lifeline support call.

*For out of warranty repairs, before work is carried out you will receive a quote for approval.
For out of warranty Mac repairs we charge a £50 diagnostic fee. This diagnostic fee will be included in your repair quote as part of our labour charge. If you decide not to go ahead with your repair once you have been quoted for the work we will contact you to request payment of the £50 diagnostic fee before returning your device.

Back up your data

Please make sure you have a back-up of your data before your device is handed in for repair. Depending on the service required, data and applications stored on the device will be erased or the device may be replaced. To extent where applicable by law, Stormfront is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data or consequential loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.
