AppleCare+ gives you one-stop service and support from Apple experts, so most issues can be resolved in a single call.

AppleCare+ is an insurance plan that provides expert technical support¹ and additional hardware coverage² from Apple, including up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to an excess fee³. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date.

AppleCare+ benefits are separate from a consumer’s right to a free-of-charge repair or replacement, by the seller, of goods which do not conform with the contact of sale. Under English law, consumers have up to six years from the date of delivery to exercise their rights; however, various factors may impact your eligibility to receive these remedies.

Have Accidental Damage and need to make a claim?

Customers who purchased Accidental Damage cover from Stormfront prior to 1 July 2019 who need to make a claim can visit www.cpu.co.uk and fill in the required details. Alternatively, you can contact CPU Group Ltd on 0345 8722 156 or by letter posted to: 3 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9AA. In order to make a claim you will need the serial number of your device.


Back up your data

Please make sure you have a back-up of your data before your device is handed in for repair. Depending on the service required, data and applications stored on the device will be erased or the device may be replaced. To extent where applicable by law, Stormfront is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data or consequential loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.   2. Your AppleCare+ Hardware Coverage starts from the date you purchase AppleCare+. This means that if you purchase AppleCare+ up to 60 days after you purchase your device, you will only receive AppleCare+ Hardware Coverage from that date. Your Technical Support coverage starts on expiry of your 90 days of complimentary technical support cover provided by Apple, which starts on the date you purchase your device. Both types of cover end 24 months from the date you purchased Apple Care+ for iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, HomePod, iPod or HomePod, or 36 months from the date you purchased AppleCare+ for Mac. Availability of service options depends on the country in which the service is requested and the location of the Apple Authorised Service Provider.
  3. Coverage is available only for device and its original included accessories for protection against (i) batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity and (ii) up to two incidents of accidental damage, each incident being subject to an excess fee. If your device has catastrophic damage from an accident or it’s inoperable after unauthorised modifications, you will need to buy a replacement. Products returned for service may be repaired or replaced with parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
